The Canty Couthie Whisk

The Lore: In Scots, "Canty" means cheerful or lively, and "Couthie" means cozy and warm. So combined is the perfect name for this style of fan broom with a lovely, friendly personality she eagers sweeps away negative energies from your home.

In old Scottish tradition, a home wasn't just cleaned; it was sained (blessed and protected).  This little whisk isn't just for ordinary dirt and dust — use this fan-shaped broom to gently "waft" your smudge herb smoke into dark corners and then literally sweep the stagnant air out the door to make room for canty (cheerful) and couthie (cozy) vibes.
